Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

More images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
